In Shyo-kichi’s dream, a master told him that next day go to Miso-selling bridge on Mt.Taka and stand there, so you can hear of something good.

Although Shyo-kichi had stood on the bridge for four days in a low after selling the charcoal,he didn’t get good information at all.

Next morning,a man who sells tofu told him I dreamed that a master said there is much money underneath ground by a house of the charcoal burning.

Shyo-kichi dug the ground and finally excavated much money so he became the rich.

1,文法　something 形容詞

とても使い勝手がいい簡単な表現です。soething＋形容詞(暑いとか、辛いとか)で形容詞な何か、と訳できます。例えばsomething cool 何かかっこいいこと　やsomething hot何か熱いものなどたくさんあります。

例文）I want something cold to drink.

飲むための冷たい何かが欲しい→冷たい何かを飲みたい。

2,熟語　in a row　連続で

物理的な連続もありますしそうじゃない連続(連続4時間勉強したとか)もあります。

例文）To win in this game,you have to put four balls in a row.

勝つためには４つの球を一列に並べなければいけません。

3,単語　underneath 〜の下に

前置詞の１つですがあまり見たことがないと思います。underとほとんど同じと思っても大丈夫です。

例文）My grand father dug underneath yard to find much money.

私のじいちゃんはたくさんの金を見つけるために庭の下を掘りました。

4,単語 excavate 発掘する

類義語はdigです。何かすごいものを掘り起こしたときに使われるイメージがあります。

例文）Explorers at last excavated a big gemstone of diamond.

探検家たちはついに大きなダイヤモンドの原石を発掘した。
